Corporate Keys announces the second The Hamptons Apartments boutique apartment hotel location in St Kilda, Victoria.

Corporate Keys Australia, the boutique accommodation company behind luxury serviced apartment brands The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan Apartments has announced the second location of its popular Hamptons themed hotel brand, The Hamptons Apartments.

Guests will soon enjoy a choice of 2 bayside locations with the newest addition to the Hamptons brand providing a choice of luxury 1 & 2 bedroom apartments across the buildings 6 levels.

Set to open in early October, the latest addition to the group is situated at 154 Chapel Street, St Kilda. The building’s design and fit-out has been developed around providing guests with the experience of taking them from the streets of St Kilda and into the upmarket seaside locale of The Hamptons.

The building is located close to the world-famous St Kilda beach, vibrant Acland Street, the amazing Carlisle cafe and shopping precinct and only a short 11-minute train trip into Melbourne’s CBD making it an ideal location for business travellers and tourists visiting Melbourne.

Corporate Keys Group’s Director of Business Development, Bruno Torres explained that the opening of the second The Hamptons Apartments boutique hotel was made possible on the back of positive feedback for the first The Hamptons Apartments Boutique Hotel located in Nott Street, Port Melbourne with that location being a mere 130 metres from Port Melbourne beach.

“After the amazing success of our first The Hamptons Apartments branded hotel which we launched in September 2017 and on the back of feedback over the last few years from clients asking us to expand our boutique brand to other bayside locations, we were able to partner up with the developer of our first building to bring this amazing brand to St Kilda.”

“It wasn’t long after we opened our first location in Port Melbourne that we found there was a real appetite not only from our extensive corporate client base but also the leisure market for residential-sized boutique apartment accommodation. Needless to say, it was an easy decision to bring this unique brand to the beachside suburb of St Kilda. The Hamptons Apartments - St Kilda provides guests with a choice of stunning Hamptons style layouts made up of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, all featuring bright and airy open plan living and dining spaces along with full-sized kitchens. Each apartment includes an espresso coffee machine and a European laundry with separate washer and dryer.

  

Guests will enjoy The Hamptons Apartments luxury hotel touches including bathrobes, slippers, Appelles toiletries, free internet, Foxtel cable TV with over 30 channels and a choice of outdoor entertainment spaces including balconies and terraces. 

The property is expected to open in early October 2019. Following on from successful launches of The Hamptons Apartments and Manhattan brands, Corporate Keys is currently working on a number of other sites and looks forward to announcing more locations in the near future.
