From the moment you walk in, our interior decorators have worked tirelessly to take you from the streets of Port Melbourne and into the upmarket seaside locale of The Hamptons. Step into our stunning foyer with classic Hamptons floor to ceiling white wood paneling all whilst taking in our custom made 21 light chandelier hanging proudly in the center of the reception.

Guest facilities include a well equipped gymnasium as well as a stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the CBD and Port Melbourne’s beaches. Enjoy a barbeque to the backdrop of Melbourne’s skyline. We have multiple sun lounges as well as various dining table options to take in the 360 degree vistas.

Port Melbourne is home to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and bars attracting locals and travellers alike plus we are only 130 metres from Port Melbourne beach. A major supermarket, chemist and bottleshop is only a few minutes walk from our building.

Normally reserved for the top end of town we are able to offer our guests the ability to stay in one of Melbourne's most exclusive beach side suburbs.

All our apartments have opening windows (some with balconies).

Our apartments are 100% fully self-contained, with fully equipped kitchens, as well as a washing machine and dryer in every apartment. If you prefer to have the apartment cleaned we provide pricing for daily and ad hoc cleaning.
We provide luxury APPELLES toiletries, and an initial provision of consumables so there is no need to visit a supermarket upon your arrival.

Open: 6am to 11pm. 7 days a week, guest access only.

Guests can exercise with their choice of treadmills and cross trainers.

A multi station work horse provides health club quality strength training for up to three people simultaneously. Our equipment incorporates a multi function press arm station for chest press, incline press, shoulder press and chest supported mid row exercises. Perfect Pec™ station has fully adjustable range of motion. Unit includes a leg press/calf station that operates on a 2 to 1 ratio giving it a capacity of 420lbs/190 kilos.

The Hamptons Decks stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and Port Melbourne beaches is open all year round. Enjoy a barbeque, relax on one of the sun lounges or settle in with friends and family (or your laptop!) in one of the dining or entertainment spaces. The 360 degree vistas will make any time spent on the Hamptons rooftop a memorable one.
