The name 'UNOU' consists of the Italian word for number one ("Uno"), representing their commitment to quality, and the letter 'U', representing their commitment to you, their customer.
Gelato UNOU craft beautiful gelato, sorbets, cakes, dutch pancakes, shakes and spiders fresh on-site, as well as daily
'specials.'
Whilst seated in their outdoor area, you can enjoy the amazing flavours of Italy in Seaford.
Their third generation master gelato chef, Piero, has come from Sicily, Italy, and his family has been crafting gelato since 1953.
Piero makes gelato fresh every day using Victorian dairy products, fresh local fruit and artisan Italian flavour pastes to produce authentic gelato and sorbet.
From everyone's favourite vanilla and chocolate to the more exotic traditional flavours of pistachio, zabaione, sour cherry and hazelnut, there are no palates that can't be satisfied.
Al gelato and sorbets are available to be served in cones, cups and tubs (0.5L, 1L, 1.5L).
