Wheeler began as a butcher more than 18 years ago and is incredibly skillful in his trade.

Meatsmith specialises in on-site dry ageing and butchery, with products focused on provenance and quality. Meatsmith’s distinct vision is to create unprecedented choice in their wholesale and retail products.

Meatsmith is passionate about best quality heritage meats and skilled butchery, and focus on partnering with dedicated producers with ethically reared breeds, cultivating meats that deserve to be celebrated. They have strong relationships with the farmers they work with and support their methods and vision for sustainable farming. All products are free range.

The range includes O’Connor’s beef, supplying the best grass fed beef in Australia, and pork farmers sustaining rare heritage breeds that are raised with care.
