Wyndham Art Gallery is the region’s hub for contemporary art.
Located in the heart of Werribee, in the city’s own ‘West End’ precinct, the Gallery produces a bold calendar of exhibitions that respond to the rich social and cultural character of Melbourne’s west.
Inside the Gallery you’ll find a broad range of contemporary art from paintings, sculpture and ceramics to photography and video works by top local talent, emerging and established artists from across Australia.
Each year the Gallery presents an annual calendar of exhibitions and the Wyndham Art Prize. The workshops, tours and talks are also must.
Wyndham Art Gallery forms part of the Wyndham Cultural Centre, so if you get your timing right you can combine your Gallery visit with drinks at the bar and a live show in the theatre next door.
You’re also just a short stroll from Werribee’s buzzing café scene, restaurants, accommodation and Wyndham Park.
